Heritage Hills High School invites the Class of 2019 to its “Graduates Give Back” program (formerly College Freshman Day) on Friday, January 3, from 8 to 9:05 a.m.

Two groups of Class of 2019 graduates will serve on panels that will address the junior and senior students about their post-secondary planning and experiences.

The first panel will be the two-year or four-year college students. Topics discussed will include how to research and decide upon post-secondary programs, how to prepare for college coursework, dorm life, and managing time, resources and money. This group will meet in the auditorium.

The second panel will include graduates enrolled in a technical program or trade school or perhaps working full-time or in the military. In addition, local companies that are partnering with Heritage Hills’ SC2 program will discuss local jobs and training opportunities. This group will meet in the study hall.

Class of 2019 graduates who wish to visit with the faculty or student body in the cafeteria may arrive as early at 7:20 a.m. Bottled water will be provided. Questions can be directed to kwilmes@nspencer.k12.in.us. or twilkerson@nspencer.k12.in.us.
