Joyce Marie Vaughn, of Rockport, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, surrounded by her husband and loving family.
She was the daughter of the late Mary Lewis Allen and the late John Robert Allen Sr. Joyce was married to her beloved husband, Charles Wayne Vaughn, for 39 years.
She is survived by her son, Steven Devine; stepdaughters Cara Vaughn and Cathy Kirkpatrick (Chris); brother Jimmy Allen; and sisters Jeanette, JoAnn and Judy. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Devine.
Joyce was a proud grandmother to Mandy Stewart (Dustin), Kristin Devine, Danielle Devine, Dylan Devine, Brittany Pickerill (Josh), Tyler Kirkpatrick (Tiffany), Laura Kirkpatrick, Leah Nelson (Chase), Zach Blythe and Devyn Hagan.
Her great-grandchildren are: Averey Stewart, Caitlyn Terry, Cayden Cochran, Kaylee Cochran, Rhett Gilchrist, Ty Pickerill, Bryn Pickerill, Myles Kirkpatrick, Ace Grady, Bradley Hagan, Vince Hagan, Warren Hagan, and baby Hagan.
She loved her family dearly and enjoyed traveling, bowling, NASCAR, walking, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Private family services will be held. Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport is entrusted with care.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Rockport Cemetery Fund at Rockport City Hall, in memory of Joyce Marie Vaughn.
