Norma Louise Bruggenschmidt Vaughn passed away on July 22, 2026, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville.
She was born on April 15, 1962, to Max and Margaret (Graves) Bruggenschmidt. She was the youngest of nine children.
Norma was a 1980 graduate of South Spencer High School and thoroughly enjoyed her time with The 80’s Ladies and their outings. She earned an associate degree in horticulture and floral design from Vincennes University. Her career led her to the Lowes corporation where she was the Live Nursery specialist locally and regionally.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Anna, Steve and Bonnie.
Norma is survived by her siblings, Mary Brothers, Madonna Hummel, Susan Newkirk, David Bruggenschmidt, and Nita Vos, with many nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
