August 30th, the Heritage Hills Lady Patriots took on the Forest Park Lady Rangers on the soccer field.
In a battle of ranked teams, the Lady Pats and Rangers went toe-to-toe for 80 minutes and the decision still wasn’t finalized. It took overtime. After 94 hard fought minutes and some drama late in regulation, Class 2A, No. 18 ranked and host Heritage Hills eventually pulled out a rewarding 2-1 victory over Class A, No. 16 ranked Forest Park last Tuesday night in Lincoln City.
