Happiness is great musical theatre! With charm, wit, and heart, You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown explores life through the eyes of Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang. This revue of songs and vignettes, based on the beloved Charles Schulz comic strip, was written in 1967 (book, music and lyrics) by Clark Gesner and revised in 1999. Musical numbers include “My Blanket and Me,” “The Kite,” “The Baseball Game,” “Little Known Facts,” “Suppertime,” and “Happiness.” 

The thespians at South Spencer High School will perform this beloved musical on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 17, 18 and 19, with performance times on Friday at Saturday at 7 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets can be purchased at the door and are $12 for premium seats, $10 for general admission and $8 for students. 

The production is directed by Kyle Vincent with choreography by Sand Fortune and her assistant, Maddy Magill. 

This one is guaranteed to please audiences of all ages!
