Live music will be available throughout the day, including performances by the Troesch Brothers and The Gatwoods.

The special quilt raffle, featuring handmade quilts from parishioners and local artisans, will begin at 1 p.m. followed by an all-cash raffle with $5,000 in prizes. A limited-edition No-Show Picnic t-shirt can be ordered through the website.

Designs are being sought for this year’s shirt. Entries can be sent to info@myparishfamily.church or mailed to St. Meinrad Parish, PO Box 8, St. Meinrad, IN 47577. Entry deadline is July 31. The winner will receive a $50 Amazon gift card.

Catered, single-serve barbecue chicken dinners are available for drive-thru pickup, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Dinners include scalloped potatoes, slaw and green beans. Dinners ordered in advance, through September 6, will be $10 each, or $12 on the picnic date. Pre-sales are available at https://smcatholic.church/fall-picnic beginning July 15.

Parishioners, friends and neighbors of St. Meinrad Parish are asked to support this annual celebration. Once again, there will be an opportunity to remember and honor loved ones in the picnic honor roll. The picnic honor roll and a complete list of picnic sponsors will be featured throughout the day via livestream, on the parish website and in local advertising.

Sponsorships of $250 and above will be recognized in pre-picnic advertising. Sponsors who donate $500 and above will be listed on the raffle ticket and receive two complimentary 2020 No-Show picnic shirts. St. Meinrad Parish will continue to follow local public health department regulations and CDC guidelines for the health and safety of the limited volunteers and picnic-day guests accessing the drive-thru.
